My Story
Hi there!

It's no coincidence that you found me. I'm Grace, a level 2 Reiki Practitioner from Australia. I moved to the UK 4 years ago! Literally the week before Covid closed the world down. Talk about a tough situation.

Although it was a little frightening, I stuck with my gut and followed my intuition. By surrendering, it lead me to where I am today.

I come from an intense and stressful media background and find such peace when I focus my life into my spirituality practices. I want to give people the same release and serenity.
I do not believe that everyone has to have the same ideologies or believe in spirituality like me. I believe that everyone deserves peace and rest.
My Reiki Journey
I've always been very intrigued by Reiki healing. It still blows my mind how much the body can heal itself. The brain and the way our bodies work should never be underestimated!

Reiki is a form of spiritual healing. It's a hands on experience that allows energy source to do it's thing. Reiki is all about moving into a state of balance, whether it might be physical healing, finding the true values and priorities in your life or changing your mindset and attitude.

I then developed my skills further with my level 2 qualification in the UK with Reiki Master, Kristy Lomas.
